Refund Policy

NovaPress, operated by Sole Proprietor Alena Zhukovets, provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for social media management. This Refund Policy explains when and how payments for NovaPress subscriptions may be refunded. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our https://novapress.com/doc/terms.

1. Trial Period

All new users are entitled to a 10-day free trial with full access to the Platform. No payment information is required to start the trial.

If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply do not subscribe - no charges will be made.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly plans: You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of the first payment.
  • Annual plans: You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of the first payment.
  • Renewals / subsequent charges: Non-refundable.
  • Proration: We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within the eligibility window. After this period, payments are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions may apply in cases of verified technical issues that prevent use of the service, provided they are reported within the eligibility window above.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@novapress.com with:

  • your account email,
  • the order/transaction ID,
  • the date of purchase,
  • and a brief reason for the request.

If your subscription was purchased through a mobile storefront (Apple App Store or Google Play), refunds must be requested directly via the respective store’s refund process.

4. Processing & Timelines

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase via our payment provider.
  • After approval, it typically takes 5–10 business days for funds to appear on your statement (timing depends on your bank/payment provider). We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

5. Currency & Fees

Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency (e.g., USD, EUR). Any currency conversion differences or bank/issuer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your account settings; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are handled only under this Policy.

7. Taxes (Germany)

According to the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG, German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT.
